You are set for that Europe trip with your girlfriends, then travel light. This way you can save baggage space for all the shopping. But how do you pack just bare essentials and still look chic? Make sure you pack comfortable clothes and footwear (no heels!) and only pack fabrics that are durable, quick drying and do not cause rashes. Choose outfits that can be interchanged; solid colour wardrobe essentials are the best.

And carry a good pair of white sneakers and a pair of gladiators or simple sandals that have a good arch-support. It is also advisable to wear your heaviest items while travelling to your destination; it helps save baggage space while allowing you to carry essential clothing. An over-sized, button-down shirt can be worn over a comfy pair of palazzo pants as well as by itself as a shirt dress. Pair it with thick leggings on a cold day. You can also choose a white/black tank top to wear with the palazzo pants for a day stroll through town. A good handbag, sunnies, and some comfy sandals, and you are good to go.
A black slip dress with denim jacket and white sneakers is a good combination. Alternately, you can also tie the jacket at the waist. Having a denim/faux leather biker jacket, or a long waterfall jacket alternately to wear over a pair of skinny jeans and Tshirt is good too.

A good pair of plain white Tshirt goes well with skinny jeans as well as with a floral-print skirt. A good navy striped top too goes well with either of the bottoms - skinny jeans and floral skirt. Wear the skirt a little high on the waist and tie the hemline of the top in a knot to turn it into a crop top.
